Abstract: The article highlights enhancement of Bachelors of Economics’ abilities to communicate efficiently in the English-speaking business environment. This explains the necessity to employ the materials of Cambridge English: Business Certificates when teaching undergraduates. The materials of the B2 and C1 levels which aim to assess reading, listening, writing and speaking skills, correspond to the curriculum of Business English as well as to globalisation trends and international competitive conditions.

Key words: Bachelor of Economics, Business English, Cambridge English: Business Certificates, socio-economic indicators, review, analytical report.
