Every year, in April, as part of the April scientific session for young scientists at the Institute of Philology and Intercultural Communication, we hold a ROUND TABLE with an ALL-RUSSIAN SKYPE SESSION "Modern issues of linguistics and teaching methods from school to university" with students and schoolchildren from Volgograd and other Russian regions (Yurga, Kemerovo region; St. Petersburg, Leningrad region; Volgograd and Volgograd region). Recently, a webinar-conference platform has been used, which allows optimal managing participants' presentations from various connection points.

 

Skype sessions are led by PhD in Education, associate professor, deputy director for information technologies at IFiMKK VolSU E.Yu. Malushko and PhD in Philology, associate professor at IFiMKK VolSU O.A. Maletina.

 

The participants' reports are mostly devoted to the problems of linguistics, linguoculturology, linguosemiotics, translation of literary works, education, training, psychology, methods of studying and teaching subjects and contain not only a good analysis of the theory, but also practices and experiences.

Works are accepted until March 14, 2021.
